I learned everything I know about this business from my father, who started his career as a loan officer in 1985, a year before I was born. I grew up listening to his phone calls on the way to and from school, and spent many hours in his office quietly observing. This allowed me to hit the ground running in 2010 when I joined the industry alongside him, and he still mentors me to this day. I am proud to be a second generation Lathrop Loan officer.
